What are your office hours?

Our store hours are as follows:

Monday – Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Hours may vary by location)

Give us a call! Our storage experts are here to help you find the perfect unit size based on your needs. Plus, enjoy the convenience of our FREE moving truck when you move into your storage unit. (Trucks vary by location)

Is your facility secure?

Absolutely! Your safety and the security of your belongings are our top priorities. All of our facilities are fully fenced and gated, with 24/7 video surveillance to ensure constant monitoring. Each customer is given a unique access code for entry and exit through our controlled-access gates.

At our Modern Storage® Bentonville and Hot Springs locations, you can even use a secure mobile app for easy gate access.

Do you sell boxes and supplies? Yes! We offer a variety of moving supplies, including boxes, bubble wrap, locks, and more. You can conveniently purchase these items from the office at any of our facilities.

Do you provide vehicle storage options? We offer uncovered and covered parking for vehicles at affordable rates at select locations. Additionally, we provide RV and boat storage at select locations. Contact us for more information and to see if the storage option you need is available near you.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage units? Yes, we do. Our climate-controlled units are designed to keep your belongings warm in the winter and cool in the summer, protecting them from the extremes of Arkansas humidity year-round.

Do you offer amenities for commercial customers? Yes, we cater to business needs with a business center and conference room, making it convenient for commercial customers. Plus, enjoy a cup of complimentary Starbucks coffee at our coffee bar while you're here.

What's the best way to pay my bills? Our online bill payment system is the most convenient option. You can even set up automatic payments to ensure you never miss a bill.
